Amanda began her career as a trainee dental nurse in 1993 and qualified with the NEBDN in 1995. Over the decades since, she has seen dental practices, teams and industry standards evolve from the inside.

Her career has grown from clinical practice into business management, education, coaching and consultancy. She has trained and mentored dental professionals throughout that journey, combining first hand sector knowledge with a clear understanding of what capable leaders and resilient businesses need.

That depth of operational experience gives her a rare ability to connect strategy with what actually happens day to day: how people lead, how systems perform, where profit is lost and what must change for growth to be sustainable.

In February 2023, Amanda became a Chartered Manager, globally recognised as the highest professional status in management. In June 2024, she became an accredited member of the Institute of Consulting.
